"Accommodating & Competent"
The order was unusual, I sourced my own GPU and wanted to port over my old SSDs to the new PC. But they let me order my mostly pre-built PC and the whole thing was ready for me to finish putting together.

Customer support was accommodating and quite helpful. Definitely looking at what they have to offer first whenever I need a new system in the future.
