"I wasn’t totally sure what to expect..."
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with this PC, and I was half expecting it to sound like a tiny jet engine. Most of the time though, it runs really well and stays quiet, just a soft fan hum when I’m doing normal stuff or light gaming.
That said, once I push it harder with heavier games, the fans do kick up and it gets a bit more noticeable. It’s not awful or anything, and I’m still happy with it overall, but I wouldn’t call it silent either

"Solid parts, no weird cheap stuff..."
The parts in my Ironside build were pretty much exactly what I was hoping for. Everything looked like legit brand-name components, the install was clean, and I didn’t get the feeling they threw in random cheap parts just to cut corners. The RAM, GPU, and cooling all looked solid... and it’s been running fine so far with no strange noises or temperature issues.

"Order was right, finally no hassle"
Everything I picked actually showed up in the box, and the build matched what I ordered. I had to spend a minute checking all the parts, which I didn’t feel like doing, but it all turned out fine. Happy overall.

"Solid case with a small fit issue"
My gut feeling is this is a well-made case overall. It feels sturdy, and the wiring inside was surprisingly neat. One of the panels was a little tight to get on, but nothing that felt like a major problem.

"Pretty easy site to figure out"
I was kind of just looking around for a custom PC and, the site seemed really easy to use. Picking parts was straightforward, and I liked that the prices updated as I went so I wasn’t left trying to guess the total. I’m not sure if I missed anything, but it didn’t feel nearly as confusing as some other PC builder sites I’ve tried. The checkout looked clear too. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I don’t really have any complaints.

"Good PC, but be prepared to wait a bit"
I ordered a custom PC from Ironside and, overall, I’m happy with it. The price seemed fair compared to a few other sites I looked at, especially considering the parts that came with it. The PC runs well so far and looks really nice. Just a heads up for anyone ordering: shipping took a little longer than I expected, and the updates weren’t the best, so don’t expect constant communication. If you’re not in a huge rush, it’s still a solid deal...

"Warranty support came through, just took a little while"
My PC started doing these random restarts about 8 months after I got it, so I reached out to Ironside about the warranty. The first reply took a couple days, and that was the main thing I noticed because I was mostly focused on getting the issue moving and not being stuck without answers.
Once they got back to me, they were helpful and kept things straightforward. The shipping back and forth dragged it out a bit, but the part got sorted and the computer has been running fine since. Overall, I’d say the support was solid, just not especially quick.

"Pretty Smooth Shipping Overall"
I ordered a PC from Ironside Computers the shipping ended up being quick. I did have that little “okay, where’s my tracking info?” moment and kept checking my email more than I probably needed to, but once it actually shipped, it moved fast. The box showed up in good shape too, which was a relief. Not absolutely perfect, but definitely better than I was expecting.

"Nice build overall, but a couple messy spots"
The cables were tucked in nicely for the most part, but there were a couple spots that looked a little messy. Not a huge deal, and I’m still happy with the build overall, but whoever runs this could probably be a bit more consistent with the finishing touches.

"Easy to upgrade when I finally had the energy"
I got my PC from Ironside, one thing I really appreciate is how easy it is to upgrade. I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so I was not in the mood to fight with a cramped case or weird cable setup. Luckily, there was plenty of space inside, and everything was laid out in a way that made sense. I added more RAM and a bigger SSD myself without much stress at all. It’s nice knowing I can keep improving it over time instead of having to buy a whole new computer anytime soon

"Runs Cool, But the Fans Get Annoying"
My Ironside PC has been doing a good job with cooling so far. The CPU and GPU stay noticeably cooler than my old setup, even after I’ve been gaming for a few hours, and I haven’t had any random shutdowns or overheating issues to deal with, which is a relief.
The only thing that bugs me is the fans. They ramp up louder than I expected at times, and I get impatient with that kind of noise quickly. It’s not awful or anything, just not as quiet as I hoped. Still, overall I’m happy with the thermal setup.

The box had a ton of padding, actually, more than I expected, and the PC showed up perfectly safe. No dents, no loose parts rattling around, nothing like that

"Really easy communication"
They kept me updated about my order the whole time, which I really appreciated. I had one question and they got back to me fast, so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. "Setup was easier than I was thinking it would be"
I got my PC from Ironside and the setup part was not as big of a thing as I had in my head. It was packed really good, and the little instruction sheet was actually helpful, which I appreciated. I pretty much plugged everything in, did a few updates, and then it was just working fine. No weird problems have showed up so far. So yeah, happy with it and how smooth it all ended up being.

"Financing made the PC purchase easier"
I used financing to get my PC, and it made the whole thing feel a lot more manageable. The payment details were easy enough to understand, and the process was smooth overall. The only small downside was that I wish the approval info came through a little faster, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I had a good experience...
